Both they had been fulfilling duties with the military unit as part of Trump’s federal initiative to support public safety in the capital.
“Sarah was the kind of student that instructors hoped for. She carried herself with calm resilience, a bright grin and a optimistic attitude that encouraged people around her,” the principal, the head of her previous school, told the press. “She was sweet, considerate and always ready to support those in need.”
Funeral arrangements for Sarah are still being arranged.
Authorities have charged a 29-year-old individual from Afghanistan with a charge of first-degree murder and two counts of assault with intent to kill while carrying a weapon.
