Work on the RPG has been in progress for approximately three years, and it is reportedly finished. An early look at the system reveals it uses 10-sided dice exclusively through its proprietary GRIS system, encouraging a fast-paced and tactical style. Players use abilities to assemble a handful of dice, typically from one to five d10s.
Battles prioritize placement and environmental awareness, mirroring the source material. Factors like cover, height advantage, or line of sight have a direct impact dice rolls. This mechanic seems built to favor teamwork and clever tactics instead of simple statistics.
The way health is managed adds a compelling narrative layer. Agents have a wound threshold; sustaining too much damage reduces their capabilities by lowering the size of their dice pool.
