  • Spurs playmaker Lucas Bergvall, working his way back from a head injury
  • Newcastle wide player the Swedish international

Both athletes are among Potter's England-based players chosen by ex- Brighton, Chelsea and West Ham coach the new Swedish coach

Potter's Hiring

Potter was named by Sweden initially on a short-term basis on 20 October, less than a month following his departure from West Ham

Previous boss the Danish coach lost his job following Sweden's setback to the Kosovan team in mid-October, an outcome which rendered direct progression in qualifying group out of reach

Even if they fail to secure second place, there remains a chance they might participate in the World Cup play-offs due to of their performance in the most recent Nations League
